Congratulations to Sorcha Begley who was installed as Lady Captain at the A.G.M. of the Ladies Branch on Thursday last. Tributes were paid to outgoing Captain Leona Connolly for all her hard work during her year as Captain. The outgoing committee were also thanked for all their voluntary work in organising a successful year for the club. Tributes were also paid to outgoing President of the Club Kay McGowan who has just completed her successful term in office. Best wishes were extended to incoming Men’s Captain Killian McGowan and incoming President of the club Eugene Deeney. The weekday competitions from now until the 9th December will be played over the front nine with re-entry. The popular Christmas Crackers will take place on Sunday 10th December. All invited to this social event followed by refreshments and prize-giving for outstanding competitions.
